How Phone Charging Station Rental Works
Thinking about a charging station for your venue or event? Here's how hosting works, what's included, and how customers actually use it.
For the customer
Customers download the free Power Packs 2 Go app, find a station on the map, and rent a 5000mAh Power Pack with three built-in cables (USB-C, Micro-USB, Lightning). They charge on the move and return it at any station on the network — not just where they rented it.
Pricing shows in the app before they confirm; a hold is placed and released on return.
For the venue
Hosting a station is at no cost to the venue. We provide the hardware, install it, keep it stocked, maintain it, and handle bilingual customer support. You provide the space and an outlet.
You choose the model that fits — the free-standing SS-24, the table-top TT-12, or the compact TT-5 — and you control the screen or placard branding.
For events
Stations can be deployed for the length of a festival, conference, or activation, and wrapped for a sponsor. We handle setup, support, and teardown.
